"*** Issue resolved!! Worked with management to be able to get my original grill they kept the sale price and were able to set up the whole system. After we worked through the issues everything went very fast and efficient. Very excited about the grill and happy they made this situation work out. So unfortunate I love supporting small businesses but when you order from them (bought a grill) - they forget to place the order with the manufacturer (same price at the big box- on sale) then forget to call you - I go in chasing them to realize they forgot to place the order - then turns out they can’t get the model and now come back with we can order you something else for regular price because the sale is over. So disappointed no regard for people."

"Very disappointing experience. I ordered a ladder from this Ace location last week and was told it would be delivered on Monday. The delivery was then rescheduled to Wednesday. When I called on Wednesday, I was told it would be delivered Thursday. I called twice on Thursday to check the status and was then told it would not be delivered that day either, but possibly tomorrow. At that point, my home repair project had already been delayed multiple times, and I asked to cancel the order so I could buy the ladder elsewhere. Instead of helping, the person on the phone hung up on me. I had to call main corporate number to cancel. Poor communication, missed delivery commitments, and terrible customer service. I also missed the opportunity to buy the ladder elsewhere during Memorial Day sales because I relied on their promised delivery timeline. I would not order delivery from this location again."
